At Sol Refinery, we value your time and ours. To provide the highest quality of service and ensure fair access for all clients, we kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% service fee, charged to the card on file. This fee compensates our staff for the time reserved exclusively for your visit. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Sol Refinery Health & Wellness, LLC on a case-by-case basis.

To cancel or modify your appointment, please contact Sol Refinery at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service.

We understand that life happens. However, arriving late may shorten your treatment time to avoid overlapping with the next guest.

• Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows (failing to attend or provide notice) will be charged the full service amount.
  Repeated late arrivals or no-shows may result in suspension of online booking privileges and will require a deposit for future appointments.

Sol Refinery is a professional health-based environment designed for services of relaxation and wellness. For safety and comfort, children under 16 are not permitted in the studio unless receiving a service and accompanied by a parent or guardian.

This policy ensures the safety of all guests and maintains a calm, sanitary environment for clinical and spa services.

Clients who arrive with children and no supervision may be asked to reschedule, and a cancellation fee will apply.

We understand that unexpected events and emergencies can arise. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance such as illness or a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.

At Sol Refinery Foot Health and Wellness, all services are delivered with the highest standard of professional care. Payment is due in full at the time of service, and all charges are final once a treatment has been completed.

We are committed to transparency in pricing and treatment expectations. By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Submitting a bank dispute or chargeback after services have been rendered is considered an unauthorized reversal of payment. Sol Refinery reserves the right to provide supporting documentation to your financial institution and assess an administrative fee to cover processing costs.

If a chargeback is initiated, Sol Refinery will no longer accept any future bookings or provide additional services to the client involved.

Should you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address them promptly and professionally.
